A share of the gain, and only of the gain

Advisory paid out of measured improvement. Where nothing improves, nothing is owed.

Most advice is paid for whether or not anything changes. A gainshare turns that around. The house reads where value is caught inside an organisation, the organisation does the work with the house beside it, and the fee is a share of the improvement once it has been measured against a baseline both sides signed.

It begins with a reading, written for one executive from the organisation's own public filings: the prize, one calculation worked in full on its own figures, and three steps with the first one opened. The rest is the engagement.

The same reading can be held away from the offices: five days, up to eleven executives, an estate taken whole. It is the same work, in a room with time in it.
