Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of organizational dynamics, the concepts of transformational leadership and organizational change have become increasingly vital. One framework that has gained recognition for its comprehensive approach to leadership and change is integral theory. Integral leadership, as a part of this theory, plays a crucial role in guiding organizations towards sustainable growth and adaptability. Within the integral framework, the lower right quadrant holds a key position in facilitating effective leadership and driving organizational change. Integral theory, conceived by Ken Wilber, stands as a comprehensive map of human potential, offering a scaffold that supports a multifaceted view of human development and consciousness. At its core, this framework is designed to navigate the complexities of life by acknowledging and integrating various dimensions of existence—ranging from the deeply personal to the broadly collective, and from the subjective to the unmistakably objective.
